Making a Purchase: Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Please browse our Catalogue and click the “Add to Cart” button which will put the items you wish to buy into the shopping trolley. Once you have finished shopping click “Checkout” and you will be asked to fill in a few details required to complete your order.

We accept payment by most major Credit and Debit Cards. Please note we do not accept American Express. If you would prefer to give your details over the phone or would like advise before ordering then please call 01398 323008 or post to the address above.

We reserve the right to refuse or adjust orders where our internet system has displayed, entered or calculated the wrong amount. Prices All prices shown include VAT currently at 15%. The customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties levied.

Delivery: All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day assuming all items are in stock. Mainland UK customers can expect their goods to arrive in 1-2 working days. If any items are out of stock then we will place them on back order. We will inform you of any items on back order and give you an estimated delivery date.

You have the option to cancel your back order if you prefer not to wait. You will not be charged delivery on items that are on back order.

Delivery Charges: Postage is charged at the following rates:

Mainland UK :

• Small Parcels  (Flies, Leaders etc.) - £1.50
• Medium Parcels  (Reels, Lines, Fly Boxes etc.) - £3.00
• Large Parcels  (Rods, Waders, Bags etc. ) - £5.00
• Orders over £50 - FREE delivery in Mainland UK only excluding
• Weekends and Public Holidays - £6.95

Overseas:

We are able to offer International Shipping please contact us before ordering for Shipping costs and delivery times.

Guarantee: All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee except for DVDs, Books and similar media.  These items may be returned for direct exchange subject to the product being sent back in good condition. No cash refunds will be issued for DVDs, Books or similar media.

Returns Policy: We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01398 323008.

Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01398 323008 to get a Returns Number.

Your item(s) must be returned to the address below clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow time for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
