Delivery details

All orders over £50.00 are now delivered by Next Day Courier to avoid the postal strikes.  We can offer this service to orders under £50.00 please contact us for details.

Delivery: All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day assuming all items are in stock. Mainland UK customers can expect their goods to arrive in 1-2 working days (please note this does not include Scottish highlands). If any items are out of stock then we will place them on back order. We will inform you of any items on back order and give you an estimated delivery date.

You have the option to cancel your back order if you prefer not to wait.  You will not be charged delivery on items that are on back order.

Delivery Charges: Postage is charged at the following rates:

Mainland UK Zone A & B, Not Scottish Highlands / Southern Ireland:

• Small Parcels  (Flies, Leaders etc.) - £1.50
• Medium Parcels  (Reels, Lines, Fly Boxes etc.) - £3.00
• Large Parcels  (Rods, Waders, Bags etc. ) - £5.00
• Orders over £50 - FREE delivery in Mainland UK only excluding
• Weekends and Public Holidays - £6.95

Overseas:

 We are able to offer International Shipping please contact us before ordering for Shipping costs and delivery times.  If ordering from Scottish Highlands or Southern Ireland please contact 01398 323008 for rates applicable.

Returns Policy: We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01398 323008.

Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging. Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01398 323008 to get a Returns Number.

Your item(s) must be returned to the address below clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 60 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
